Operations Manager

We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our services and support our amazing team of over 90 volunteers.

You’ll help coordinate our weekly food parcel distribution, community meals, clothes bank and art café, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, and that guests are welcomed with dignity and warmth. You’ll work closely with the Project Director, support volunteer teams, and play a key role in shaping new services — including a planned Tuesday session.

This is a dynamic role for someone who loves being part of a team, is calm under pressure, and wants to make a tangible difference in their local community.
